Terms of use
Rules for Novesu subscriptions, access, payments, availability, and lawful use.
1. Service description
Novesu is a subscription-based secure internet connectivity service for individuals, families, and small teams. The service provides account-based subscription access details and setup guidance for supported client applications.
2. Operator
Novesu is operated by a registered Armenian Individual Entrepreneur. Full legal details are provided to payment providers, banks and contracting counterparties during onboarding.
3. Account and subscription access
Users receive subscription access after confirmed payment or manual approval. Subscription access may be Personal, Family, or Plus depending on the selected plan. Device limits, account limits, and separate device access details may apply. Sharing, resale, sublicensing, or redistribution outside plan terms is prohibited.
4. Payments
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Local taxes, VAT, currency conversion fees, card issuer fees, or payment provider fees may apply. Payment methods may vary by country, provider, risk checks, technical availability, and compliance rules. A failed, declined, expired, reversed, or disputed payment does not activate access and may terminate access.
5. Service availability
Novesu does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Availability may vary by device, app, operating system, internet provider, country, network conditions, server maintenance, provider limitations, and third-party infrastructure. Novesu may change infrastructure or routing to maintain stability, security, abuse prevention, and service continuity.
6. User obligations
Users must use the service lawfully and must not abuse, attack, spam, phish, distribute malware, infringe copyright, resell without permission, use stolen payment credentials, commit fraud, or create legal, security, payment, or infrastructure risk.
7. Suspension and termination
Novesu may limit, suspend, terminate, or refuse access for abuse, payment fraud, security risk, legal requirement, policy violation, payment dispute, or violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Novesu is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party service failures, payment provider outages, network limitations, device incompatibility, unsupported applications, maintenance, or user misuse.
9. Changes
Novesu may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms are effective when published on this website. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the updated Terms.
