How Novesu uses account, subscription, support, payment status, and security data.
1. Operator
Novesu is operated by a registered Armenian Individual Entrepreneur. Full legal details are provided to payment providers, banks and contracting counterparties during onboarding.
2. Data Novesu may collect
Novesu may collect an email address, support messages, subscription ID, plan type, payment status and payment metadata received from payment providers, device slot metadata needed to enforce subscription limits, technical diagnostics voluntarily provided by the user, essential session data, and basic security logs needed to protect infrastructure and prevent abuse.
3. Data Novesu does not intentionally collect for ordinary operation
Novesu does not intentionally collect browsing history, content of user traffic, DNS query history, messages or content transmitted through user applications, or full payment card data for ordinary service operation.
4. Payment provider processing
Payments may go through third-party payment providers. Depending on their rules, payment providers may receive card or payment data, billing data, transaction ID, fraud checks, country, IP address, and device or browser metadata. Novesu receives only payment confirmation, status, and metadata needed to activate subscriptions, support users, handle disputes, and maintain accounting records.
5. Cookies and analytics
Currently, Novesu uses essential cookies and session data for account login, trial protection, security, and service operation. Novesu may use minimal privacy-preserving analytics in the future, but no third-party advertising tracking is required for ordinary service operation.
6. Retention
Support records and subscription records are kept as long as necessary for support, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance. Diagnostic data is limited and retained only as needed for troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention.
7. Sharing
Novesu may share limited data with payment providers, infrastructure providers, support tools, legal or accounting advisers where necessary, and authorities if legally required.
8. Security
Novesu uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, subscription, support, and operational data. No service can guarantee absolute security.
9. User rights
Where legally applicable, users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data. For privacy, legal, or compliance requests, contact legal@novesu.com. For customer support, contact support@novesu.com.
10. Children
The service is not intended for children or minors without appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.
11. International data use
Infrastructure, payment, and support providers may operate in different countries. Data may be used where those providers, Novesu infrastructure, or compliance partners operate.
