Acceptable Use
Rules for lawful and responsible use of Novesu.
Allowed use
Novesu is intended for lawful secure internet connectivity, encrypted connections on untrusted networks, account-based device setup, public Wi-Fi protection, travel, remote access, personal subscriptions, family subscriptions, and small teams.
Prohibited use
Users must not use the service for illegal activity, spam, phishing, fraud, malware, botnets, denial-of-service attacks, network scanning, unauthorized access, credential theft, copyright infringement, harassment, threats, child exploitation content, payment abuse, chargeback fraud, stolen payment credentials, or other activity that violates applicable law.
Users must not resell, sublicense, share for commercial resale, or redistribute access outside plan terms without written permission.
Users must not take actions that damage Novesu infrastructure, degrade service for other users, evade account limits, or create unusual abuse, security, infrastructure, legal, or payment risk.
Availability
Novesu does not promise access to any particular third-party website, platform, region, or service. Availability can vary by network, device, app, maintenance, and third-party infrastructure conditions.
Enforcement
Novesu may temporarily restrict, suspend, terminate, or refuse access; refuse refunds in abuse cases; and cooperate with payment providers, infrastructure providers, and lawful legal requests where required.
